8. English Only. No Other Languages

Punishments:
1st: Will Be Warned
2nd: Will Be Capped (Cant Create Topics, Display an Avatar And your Credits/Reputation will be reset)
3rd: You will Be Temped (7 Day Ban)
4th: Account Deletion.
5th: IP Ban.
